If you'd like to see an estimate for your ride, choose your region, and enter your pickup and drop-off locations. Prices are a close estimate of your ride total calculation. If your destination changes or a stop is added, the upfront price you saw won't apply any more. Instead, your fare will be calculated based on time and distance as usual.

Promo codes may be automatically applied by us, or you can manually text or inform the driver.

Always check and ensure that you do not leave anything behind (personal belongings or rubbish) before exiting.

Neither our driver nor Gogoride is responsible for any loss or damage to any of the items left in the car after a trip ends. We will do our best to assist with lost and found. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that an item can be found or delivered immediately. Food and perishable items will be thrown away after 24 hours.

Please indicate in the Extra Info to driver if you are travelling with your pet. Your pet must be in a carrier. We cannot accommodate pets without a carrier.

Please indicate in the Extra Info to driver when you make a booking if you are travelling with luggage or bulky items. You may request assistance from the driver if you need help with the luggage.

Drivers are encouraged but not obliged to help the passengers with luggage.


Trip start and end times may vary due to construction, traffic, or other events outside of your driver's control.

We do encourage our drivers to be aware of traffic conditions such as road constructions, major accidents or outdoor events, which may delay a trip, and to inform you if running late. 


If you and your driver were in an accident, move to a safe area away from traffic.

Should you require emergency assistance, contact the police by dialing 911


You can compliment the driver by rating the driver or leaving a Google review and let us know your thoughts after a ride.

The star rating system helps Gogoride keep a high standard of service that we can all be proud of. It also helps us keep track of passenger satisfaction and maintain high partner quality.


By providing your contact information a digital receipts can be sent to you via Text to your cell phone or the email address you have provided to us.


The fare quoted for Gogoride is an estimate that does not include location surcharge or any other additional request, your fare may be higher than the estimated. It's a good practice to ask the driver to confirm the final fare before leaving your location, this will prevent fare dispute.


For example, Gogoride surcharges include:

  • Toll charges incurred from pick-up point to destination

  • Additional waiting time ($0.27min after 5 minutes free)


  • Additional stops / additional distance ($1.50 per added stop / per 1.5 Mile up to a maximum of 3 stops)

  • Booster seat use ($2 per seat on each ride, limited to one child only)

  • All tolls, gate fees, parking fees will be passed on to passenger and will not be included into quoted rate.

After a ride, you can choose to tip your driver with cash or through the payment app.

Even though we are cashless Drivers can accept both cash or credit card payments in the vehicle.


Gogoride cancellation policy is as follows:

All reservations before 6am must be cancelled by midnight the night prior to the reservation or passengers will be deemed accountable for a full rate charge.

A minimum 50% of the fare will be charged if taxi is in route to the pick up location and reservation is cancelled.

Once the taxi has arrived at the reservation location we then allow a 10-minute grace period for pick-ups. If the passenger(s) fails to show up after this allotted 10-minute waiting period the client will then be subject to a full rate charge and the taxi will then move on to the next pick-up.

Gogoride reserves the right to change the cancellation policy for special circumstance rides. The dispatcher will disclose these terms during time of reservation.


Gogoride will not be held liable for delays that may be caused by travel accidents, airline delays, vehicle mechanical breakdowns, inclement weather, U.S. Customs or other legal authorities, public enemies, quarantine, perils of navigation, riots, strikes, Acts of God, or other conditions beyond control of power.

Gogoride is not liable in any way for a failure to maintain reservations if such conditions should arise. Please feel assured that Gogoride will make every effort to accommodate our clients should uncontrollable circumstances take place.


Gogoride requires that a parent or guardian call in the reservation for the minor and give permission for the minor to ride unattended.

Child safety seats will be provided by reservation only for an additional charge. Parents are responsible for securing the safety seat and for placing child in safety seat.


No smoking in Gogoride vehicles. Passengers with alcohol or illegal substances will be asked to exit the vehicle immediately.

Concealed weapons or any type of weapon are strictly prohibited.



If you or a member of your group causes physical or cosmetic damage to the interior or exterior of your driver's car, we'll assess a damage fee and charge your default payment method. View the Terms of Service to learn more.

A minimum of $75 will be billed to any passenger(s) under such circumstances that cause damage to the car.

Passenger(s) will be responsible for the actual cost of repairs and/or cleaning of the vehicle for damage done. Passenger(s) could also be held accountable for paying a specified and estimated amount of revenue that could have been made when the vehicle is taken out of rotation. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.
